I have stayed here coming up 2 weeks. The cleaning lady is amazing. Everyone is very helpful prompt. Customer service always there with a smile. I'm not sure the main owner name. But he says " ok buddy" he is always there and knows what's going on. Reminds me of I think Friday 3. He also does security night. They come to your door so you can pay. I have no complaints. Great experience.
Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Not the best area (can't blame the place) a lot of road noise all night and a lot of homeless people milling about. They are remodeling - met me in the parking lot with keys and the papers to sign...nice touch! Room was still great, clean and no frills.
I was initially very doubtful about booking this place, especially since it wasn't my first choice most others were fully booked. But it turned out to be the right decision. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was much better than expected. I'm glad I gave it a chance!
Easy access to airport. Clean rooms. Newly remodeled. It was nice to have a good place to stay on that side of town. Office did accidentally double charge me, but they caught it and said they'd fix it all before I even realized what had happened.
Was planning on staying here before an early flight to attend a funeral, due to weather I had to cancel. The hotel went above & beyond & made sure I was refunded for the room. I truly appreciate the service I received, would definitely stay here in the future.
I chose this place because of the reasonable price and proximity to a venue I was performing at. I didn’t expect much, but hey! I was so surprised. Remodeled, extremely clean much quieter than you would think being on 99. There’s not much of interest right around it, but it’s really not a hardship to find what you want not too far away. Close to the airport for you travelers!
Got in really late from a flight and wanted something close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable room and it didn’t cost too much. Will definitely stay here again!
Booked this room last minute and was a little concerned pulling in just because there was construction but my concern quickly vanish because of the extrem kindness of the hotel staff. They got us into our room super fast even tho we arrived early they took care of us . The room was spacious, clean, and the shower was amazing with good water pressure I love a bathroom with a window you can open too. The family that owns this hotel went above and beyond to check in with us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as smooth as possible which I really appreciated that. Thank you !!
My flight into Eugene was delayed and I needed a motel near the airport. Budget Lodge was easy to find, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean. This motel isn’t fancy but it’s a great value.
I also chose this stay from reading the reviews. The location is a little off the beaten path, because my goal was to have a one night stay in between LA and Seattle and this was a bit off of the 5, but the rooms are very clean, the outside is very clean, the person who checked me in was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. All of this for a respectable price to fit a one night need. If you do stay, try to avoid getting here around 1700 because the traffic is a nightmare. I think all of the California drivers moved to Oregon.
